If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, I'm here to help.

 

You have 30 calendar days to return an item(s) from the date you received it / them, to the return address provided on the original packaging.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it / them.

Your item(s) must be in the original packaging.
Your item(s) needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase

 

Refunds

Once I receive your item(s), I will inspect it and notify you that I have received your returned item(s).

I will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s).

If your return is approved, I will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies / payment method.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

For tax and delivery reasons shipping is only available in France.

 

Each item is packed in a sealed plastic envelope, and is shipped in a strong cardboard envelope (packaging and handling costs are included in the price shown) postage costs are separate and shown at checkout.

 

Each Item is individually packaged, and shipped individually.

 

Postcards are shipped via Lettre Verte and Posters via Collisimo.

 

Please allow 14 business days for delivery of your item(s) I will try my best to ship your order as soon as possible!
